Gingerlee - Lygon Street

This place sounded so promising but just didn't deliver

Reid's bacon and sausages were well over cooked. I had a potato and poached egg dish - but it came with some unusual extras and the flavours clashed a bit - cooked spinach, onions, and gherkins.

To be fair we both had nicely poached eggs - so credit where credit's due!

For the quality of food the price was pretty high - $18 each for our food
