It was a bit of a slow start to the day, both of us with hangovers. We were a little late getting to the airport and we had to bypass the queue to check in before the flight closed - a few unimpressed looks from the people ahead of us!
There is also a new layout for customs and security. The queue for security was huge so we jumped into the air crew queue - no one noticed and we must have bypassed 100s of people!!! Plus it turns out there wasn't such a rush in the end!
Watched Surrogate on the plane (with Bruce Willis). It was pretty average!!!!
In 2017 people stay at home while the robot surrogates represent them in the real world! Crime and disease are practically eliminated, but it all goes wrong when a weapon is made that can kill a person by killing the surrogate.
The acting was terrible and plot lines were poorly developed - dialogue was used to quickly explain anything even slightly complicated.
Rating: 2/5 (but only cos the idea of surrogates seemed creepily possible)
